About this property

Garden Guesthouse near UC Davis

Newly built small, fully furnished cottage (one bedroom plus full kitchen, living room, large bathroom) on a 1.75 acres. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a young child. No extra charge for child. Guests have access to garden with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables if in season and 25 yd lap pool. Pool is solar heated (warm April through September) and is covered when not in use. No charge for children under 5.

The house is located on the bike path; 5 miles to UC Davis; 15 miles to the Beryessa National Monument.

We are now available for weddings and other events. Pls inquire for prices.

It’s best not to pet cat. He is friendly but if over petted he may bite

On bike path- easy 15-20 minute ride to UC Davis. 20 minutes from Beryessa-Snow mountain National monument. Playground across the street (when school is not in session).
