Great two bedroom two bathroom with Hot Tub and full laundry. Close to historic downtown Winters. Great rear yard with peaceful views of orchards. Great for relaxing after a long day of spending time on Putah Creek, Lake Berryessa, or after a wedding. Downtown Winters is a special place with great food, brewery's, live music.

“We have two actively recording cameras on the property, both record video and audio. One is the front doorbell overlooking the front door approach, the other is overlooking the rear yard. All devices are on the exterior of the property. ” These are not actively monitored but are used to ensure there are not more guests than allowed, to ensure that there are no events or parties on the property, and to see what is happing in case of a complaint from neighbors or the Winters police department.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn down hot tub to 90 degrees, cover hot tub and relock the cover with cable.
Trash and recycle bins are to the left of the garage. Please no plastic bags in the recycle bin, Waste Management fines us when that happens.
Place all used towels in laundry room. If possible please run a load thru the wash of the towels, laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
