We had a beautiful stay at this place. Bea/Juan were very helpful and attentive. My family and I had been in a lot of travels and stayed in different places and I have to say that this is one of the best. Customer service is top tier. They were kind to meet all of our requests. Definitely recommended! If I can give them 10 stars I would!

Thr apartment was clean and equipped with all the basic necessities you might need for a few day stay. All the sights are walkable distance but not f you prefer using public transportation, stops are close as well. Entry to the apartment is with your phone so make sure you have internet and charge on your phone.

Oasis

Loved this property. Just a few glitches with the electronic lock not working and not having a physical key to get in. Otherwise, contacting the property managers- Juan y Bea was always prompt and polite. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to others. Dave

I'm glad to hear that you loved the property overall, despite the glitches with the electronic lock. It's great that Juan y Bea were prompt and polite in addressing your concerns. Your positive recommendation is valuable, and I hope that if you choose to return, your experience will be even better. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask. Safe travels!

The host was aware of the elevator not working, but it was not working from the time we arrived until the time we departed. Getting luggage up and down the stairs was just a little more of a pain. The posting was accurate, but I would just comment that the spaces have aged since the photo was taken - still a nice location though. We were close to the metro and 2 BiciMad locations which made it easy to get out and navigate around the citi, but also were in close walking distance to a lot of the other places we visited. The property uses digital keys which allows you to download an app and use it to unlock the building entry, laundry, and apartment space. That feature was nice but would have preferred physical keys/fobs. They do have lock boxes outside of each door just in the case the technology does not work and we thankfully never needed it.

Great place!

Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. The bus line and the Hop on Hop Off buses all have a stop right down the street with stops to the Sofia Museum, the Prado, and downtown Madrid. The place is supplied with everything you need. I can’t say enough about how perfect this place was for us.
