Fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juice extractor, crockery and kitchen utensils. It features an iron, TV, WIFI, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and heating with heat pump. Spacious terrace with dining table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Private garage space in the same building included in the price.

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool + children's pool and children's area. Pets up to 20 kg are accepted. Only 200 metres from Cala de Finestrat beach and 250 metres from the bus stop and supermarket. Ideal for a peaceful holiday by the sea! 🌊🐾
