Totally loved it!

We were there for the second time, two years in a row. Both times the apartment was very clean, well prepared and had all the basics we needed. Communicating through WhatsApp was easy, always received a response in a timely manner and there was never a language barrier. I have to say we stayed both times outside the main season, so not all of the restaurants were open. But that was not a problem, there is enough to do. Now the main reason why we loved it. The apartment is right on the beach and the view out of the window is stunning, overlooking the promenade and the beach. You can’t beat that.

La ubicación de alojamiento es extraordinaria, las vistas, la cercanía con todo. Todas las mañanas y todas las tardes-noches sobre vuelvan sobre las edificaciones antiguas bandadas de pajaros y es realmente hermoso. El apto cómodo, limpio, incluye lo basico y todo muy nuevo. Tuve suerte de contar con flexibilidad para el check in y check out. La recepcionista Charlotte un encanto. Realmente ha sido un acierto total, el pueblo agradable, la playa es amplia si te quieres mover un poco más allá y no estar en el centro centro. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Muchas gracias! La atención al whatsapp es un acierto, entiendo que no es 24h. No sé si había forma de contactar a deshoras... Eché de menos una caja fuerte. No por mí en particular pues no la necesitaba, pero sí me pareció curioso que no hubiese... para otros huéspedes seguro es un requerimiento, aunque al no contar con servicio de limpieza ya que es un apartamento turístico, no es del todo necesario.

Opnieuw een zalige vakantie…. Al geboekt voor volgend jaar in mei… Ik mis wel een kapstok, of een haakje om kleren aan te hangen. Betere keuken handdoeken. Om de 2 dagen wisselen van badlinnen.

Au soleil de Villajoyosa

Troisième fois que nous louons un appartement auprès d'Happy Vila. J'ai toujours souhaité écrire un commentaire mais de retour en France, bien que toujours très satisfait de notre séjour, les préoccupations du quotidien m'ont éloigné de cette idée. Je vous fais donc partager mon sentiment sur les prestations d'Happy Vila. Personnel avant tout accueillant, souriant, sympathique et attentif à toutes vos exigences. A l'agence Pati nous a demandé si tout allait bien. Pour nous tout était ok, cependant un petit bémol, le réfrigérateur ne comportait pas de compartiment congélation, un détail mais des glaçons pour un apéritif en tête à tête cela aurait été agréable. Ricardo, le patron, était disposé à nous changer d'appartement pour davantage de confort et palier à cela. Nous avons refusé et pour nous satisfaire, dans les cinq minutes qui ont suivi, deux employés nous ont apporté un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélation. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé à travers la planète et fréquenté de nombreux appart'hôtels ou bien hôtels, je n'avais encore jamais rencontré quelqu'un comme Ricardo aussi avenant, empathique, serviable et généreux. Un grand merci à lui, à Pati, Roberto et à toute son équipe, leur sens de l'accueil et leur disponibilité ont embelli nos vacances. Nous reviendrons chez Happy Vila, appartement très confortable disposant d'une vue superbe, lieu paradisiaque avec une superbe plage, climat exceptionnel, bons restaurants et multiples visites à faire dans les environs.

You will not be disappointed when you rent this studio. It’s in the most perfect position on the delightful promenade of Villa Joiosa. The view from the balcony is very calming especially sitting in the large comfy bed listening to the sound of the waves....just perfect. Also the studio is very well furnished and every you need is catered for. Will definitely return

Pasamos un par de noches en el loft dos personas y un perro, y fue todo perfecto. Las vistas geniales. El apartamento estaba impecable. La cama era súper cómoda. Había muchos utensilios de cocina. El trato fue estupendo también. Además, se nos informó de que el día que nos íbamos podíamos hacer el check-out más tarde porque no había otra reserva, lo cual fue una suerte. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Perfect location and easy transfer from Alicante Airport. Marta was very friendly and helpful. Had a beautiful view of the sea which was just across the road from our apartment. Excellent choice of eating and drinking establishments. Highly recommend Cana Marinera. Maybe fridge freezer instead of just a fridge.

Las vistas al mar El frigorífico es muy poco eficiente, no enfría mucho uno tiene congelador, tampoco ha estado bien el problema de los canales de la televisión, el 80 % de las veces no se veían.

We loved the location, the facilities in the studio and the service from Happy Villas. We'd have welcomed some information on recycling as we noticed that there are good re-cycling facilities in Villa.
