This bright and modern apartment located in the Zara area will allow you to stay in a residential neighborhood but well connected to the city thanks to its proximity to the metro station, the train station and bus stops.
With a modern and classy decor, it is ideal for families or groups of friends who want total privacy and comfort and consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. You will have Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning and central heating.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19, every day. Later ones are only possible by prior arrangement and with an extra payment. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are not allowed. Check-out, on the other hand, is at 10:00 a.m. We remind you that to stay in Milan it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, equal to 6.30€ per day for each guest, which will be collected at the time of check-in, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
