This is a 3-room apartment that measures 70 m2 and it is located on the 1st floor. The furnishings are beautiful and cosy. The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV. There is an exit to the balcony which provides a beautiful view of the forest.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. The first room has a French bed which measures 160 cm. The second room has 2 beds. Both rooms have an exit to the balcony.

The kitchenette has an oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower/WC. The gas heating is an extra feature.

The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture and there is a box-room for storage. The apartment has a private entrance and reserved parking is available at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
