The apartment has recently undergone a renovation which has preserved the intrinsic elegance of the Liberty architecture and has equipped the structure with all the modern comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. The furniture is a mix of styles that blend harmoniously: the antique furniture evokes a timeless elegance; the design pieces add that touch of refined modernity, while the paintings - copies of medieval and Renaissance artists - give the environment an atmosphere that transports you back in time, immersing you in the artistic suggestions of the past.

Structure
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room can be transformed into a cozy extra bedroom thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, which increases the overall capacity from four to six guests. Furthermore, guests have the opportunity to enjoy meals or spend moments of relaxation in a private courtyard. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection, with 1Gigabit Fiber connection.

The surroundings
The accommodation facility is located in a very quiet area, in the Marco Polo district, a 10-minute walk from the Promenade and the sea. The Marco Polo is very close to the Carnival Citadel, where - in the summer - events and concerts are organized and in the winter the famous allegorical floats are created.

Pisa is 24 km away, Lucca 24 km, Florence 100 km. The Viareggio toll booth (A11-A12) is 3.5 km away, the railway station 1.5 km, the bus stop 100 meters away. The supermarket is 100 meters away. The city center and the market are just a 15-minute walk away. The Apuan Alps are about 30 minutes away.
