The estate features 7 apartments, each individually designed and furnished, making it the perfect spot for families or groups of friends looking for a unique holiday experience.

While the estate is secluded and elevated on a slope, it's still conveniently located just 7 km from the centre of Certaldo and 13 km from the centre of San Gimignano. The property is also only 57 km from the centre of Florence, making it the perfect base for exploring Tuscany's cultural landmarks. If you're looking to relax, the estate is located 80 km from the sea and boasts a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm) available from May to October.

For those who need to stay connected, the estate offers WiFi, and there's a washing machine available for shared use (extra charge). Other shared amenities include a natural garden, meadow, and orchard. The swimming pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, who also lives on the same property.

Conte Francesco II is a practical and rustic 6-room house that spans over 2 levels. It is suitable for up to 8 adults and is equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The ground floor of the house features a living/dining room that comes with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. There is also a double bedroom with a bed measuring 160 cm and another room with 2 beds measuring 80 cm. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 hot plates and a freezer. A shower/bidet/WC is also provided on this floor.

The upper floor of the house can be accessed via an exterior staircase. This level features a living room with sloping ceilings and an open-hearth fireplace. There are two double bedrooms on this floor, one with a bed measuring 160 cm and the other with 2 beds measuring 80 cm. The kitchenette is also equipped with 4 hot plates and a freezer. A shower/bidet/WC is provided on this floor as well.

The house is equipped with electric heating, which incurs an additional cost. Natural stone floors give the house a rustic feel. For outdoor relaxation, a 24 m2 terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue and a box-room is available. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Other facilities provided include a washing machine and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Reserved parking is available at the house. Conte Francesco II is suitable for families only and is strictly non-smoking. Guests are allowed to bring along a maximum of 1 pet/dog. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties or between the floors.
