The Villa take its charm from the extroardinary position in front of the silhouette of San Gimignano towers. Everywhere it is possible to admire the unforgettable panoramic view of the town or the hilly landscape of the Chianti region. Ideal position for excursions in the area. The pleasant athmosphere is particulary in evidence from the panoramic terraces of the house. There are some sun lounges in one part the garden. It has been nicely renovated. The fortified walls of the watch tower confirm that the house used to be the check point on theold road. It has been furnished with tuscan style. 35 km from the centre of Siena, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, 1 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in the countryside. Private: grounds 15'000 m2, garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, 05.05.-29.09.). 7-room house 220 m2 on 2 levels.. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], free). Reserved parking in front of the house. Air conditioning in each bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room.

This home and the host are excellent. We loved our time here. The house was clean and provided everything needed. We walked into town everyday for dinner and gelato. The walk into town looks far but only takes about 15-20 min (slightly uphill). We also felt safe even when walking home in the dark. The host was extremely responsive during our entire stay and always willing to help. We had a chef and wine tasting come over on our last night (recommendation provided by host) and had a lovely dinner. The pool was a perfect temperature and very clean. I can't recommend it enough and already dreaming about going back. Small note, AC and cleaning are additional and paid to host upon departure. We stayed during a heat wave and spent an extra 100 euro for AC but well worth it.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa was comfortable, well furnished and had a beautiful view of San Gimignano. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again if we visit San Gimignano.

It is a wonderful property with outstanding views and a short walk to the wonderful village of San Gimignano. The host was wonderful and we would totally recommend the onsite dinner and wine tasting with Chef Massimo and Tenuta Torciano.

A wonderful stay outside of San Gimignano.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit staying at this property with 4 friends. The villa was beautiful with a view of the towers of San Gimignano, and the rooms were as advertised. The location was perfect for visiting other towns in Tuscany. Our host, Alessandro, was very accommodating and quick to address issues as they arose. We look forward to visiting Tuscany again and, when we do, we will only stay at this villa.

Birthday Celebration in Tuscany

Booked this villa for a 5-night stay with family & friends. The villa was exactly as expected, the views of San Gimignano from the property are so much better than the photos can capture! The owner, Alessandro, was accommodating, easy to contact, and responsive to our requests. Ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms was an awesome feature we all appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

This was a comfortable property with lovely patios to sit and enjoy the truly breathtaking views. Walkable to the lovely town of San Gimignano and close enough to Florence and many other towns if you’d like to do day trips. Host was easily reachable and accommodating. Great vacation.

You could not ask for anything more from this Tuscan villa. Absolutely lovely restored farmhouse with every amenity required and the photographs really do not do it justice. The location is perfect with a fifteen minute walk up to San Gimignano with absolutely stunning views of the town from the pool and the rear terrace. Alessandro was the perfect host and was always available for advice and help. We really had a lovely family week stay at the property.

Beautiful trip

This is a truly lovely house in an amazing spot. Very walkable to San Gimignano but also feels quite and private. The host is very accessible, extremely helpful and will connect you to any added things you might need during your stay. The pool feels amazing on a hot day and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Relaxing vacation

The property is walking distance to San Gimignano. The house has air conditioning and it is definitely a must in the summer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The host is attentive and very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay.

The location and the villa itself made for a wonderful holiday. Alessandro is a fantastic host, very proactive and helpful. We highly recommend the villa.
