"Agriletizia" is a charming 3-room apartment of 60 m2 spread across 2 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area features 1 set of bunk beds arranged as a 2-bed configuration, a dining table, and direct access to the loggia. A large, well-appointed room on the same level offers 1 double bed of 160 cm in width and also opens onto the loggia. The open-plan kitchen is directly connected to this floor and likewise benefits from an exit to the loggia, creating a seamless flow between the interior living spaces and the outdoor area. The bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower and WC. Ascending via a steep staircase to the upper floor, you will find 1 small room with 1 single bed, providing a more private and secluded sleeping space. The upper floor also features a covered terrace complete with terrace furniture, offering a pleasant outdoor retreat. A baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age is available upon request as an extra.
