3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - this updated apartment is perfect for families looking to stay in Parma. Parking garage outside the ZTL only a few min walk away if you are driving. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The elevator in the building is a plus too!

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is modern and spacious. The apartment was walking distance from the train station and we found it pretty easily thanks to Google Maps. Emanuela and Davide met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for us. Nice facilities. Lots of dishes and glassware, which isn’t always the case. Close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Emanuela was very prompt in her responses. She even gave us a ride to the train station when we were leaving and could not get a taxi I. We also loved the laundry facilities in the apartment

Très bel appartement,propre et très bien situé! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son confort.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la ville de Parme. L’appartement était très bien situé et l’environnement était agréable et calme. Si nous retournons à Parme, nous réserverons sans hésiter le même appartement. Peut être mentionner que le stationnement est à proximité et payant.
