Très jolie maison de charme avec quelques inconvénients

Très jolie maison en haut d'une colline d'où vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le linge de maison et la propreté des lieux. Cependant un gros point noir, il n'est pas vraiment possible de cuisiner car il ne faut pas monter l'induction à plus de 5 (6 max, ça peut disjoncter), ce qui fait qu'il faut du temps pour cuire des légumes (à l'eau) et en nous aidant de la bouilloire électrique qui elle chauffe très vite. Le lave-vaisselle est très bien. Cafetière trop petite. Salle de bains : La grosse douche au plafond marche bien mais pas la douchette, dommage. Autre souci : le chemin (proche maison) mérite d'être amélioré. Et nous avons apprécié la venue de Jacopo appelé à 9h du soir pour régler le chauffage (jour de pluie) car malgré les gros radiateurs cette maison reste difficile à chauffer. Le lien envoyé par Jacopo pour accéder en voiture à la maison est très utile.

Casa Delle nuvole

Siamo stati benissimo!!! La casa è un gioiello con una vista mozzafiato. Per le bambine ci sono grandi spazi all'aperto e tanti giochi. Si sono divertite molto. Grazie!!

Superbe maison dans la campagne de Parme.

Très belle maison partagée en 2 appartements, le rdc étant occupé par la mère du propriétaire. Vue superbe sur les collines et la plaine du Pô. Vous pouvez bénéficier d’un très agréable bout de jardin sous l’ombre d’un tilleul. Déco pleine de charme, très personnelle. Literie assez ancienne, frigo un peu petit. J’aurais bien aimé pouvoir plonger dans la piscine attenante vu le tarif (228€ la nuit pour 7 personnes) mais c’est vrai elle n’est pas dans le descriptif. À conseiller sans hésitation.
