Adorable townhome (over 2,100 sq ft) conveniently located to everything! This townhome comfortably sleeps 12. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and also 2 pull out queen sofas and one double futon. It also has an additional loft area to hang out to watch TV, play games, etc. Shuffle board to enjoy in the garage.
Awesome amenities that you don't get when you stay at a home such as its own dog park, walking trail around a pond with a beautiful fountain, a common area outdoor sitting area with a gas fire place and lights for evening time, an individual outdoor patio and is adjacent to a well established and family friendly neighborhood. We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way.

Good location and easy to get back and forth to A&M campus. Great floorplan layout for a family with master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with it's own living area. Bonus was ability to park car in garage when storms came through one night. Would stay here again!

Spacious property with 2 sitting / gathering areas in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Christmas and the tree and decorations were lovely. Lots on games available in the house. Great upstairs patio. The host was very responsive when we had a quick question.

Graduation Stay

This property worked out perfectly for our family during our sons graduation from the best university in the nation. Only 15 minute drive to Reed Arena. After the ceremony we all came back and enjoyed dinner with plenty of space for everyone to gather and sociialize. Great stay.

Second time staying in this townhouse, we love the distance to Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland. The location/neighborhood is great and we love the layout/amenities so much for our family. The furniture is starting to be a little worse for wear and we had ants in the kitchen this time. It was a little harder to get in touch with the host this time, but we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated!

Beautiful Condo

We were in College Station to help move our college daughter into her college apartment and since we had grandparents with us, this townhome was the perfect space. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, great layout, quiet neighborhood yet it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We loved it so much we plan on renting the same home when we come back for football games.

Wonderful property!

This was a beautiful neighborhood located near many restaurants. This home was amazing. The bedrooms where large and spacious and the open kitchen/family room was perfect for entertaining family and watching tv. We enjoyed sitting outside on the 2nd story patio. The driveway accommodates 6 cars which was great for visitors. We plan to stay here again!! Thank you.
