Awesome amenities that you don't get when you stay at a home such as its own dog park, walking trail around a pond with a beautiful fountain, a common area outdoor sitting area with a gas fire place and lights for evening time, an individual outdoor patio and is adjacent to a well established and family friendly neighborhood. Spacious property with 2 sitting / gathering areas in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Christmas and the tree and decorations were lovely. Lots on games available in the house. Great upstairs patio. The host was very responsive when we had a quick question.

Good location and easy to get back and forth to A&M campus. Great floorplan layout for a family with master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with it's own living area. Bonus was ability to park car in garage when storms came through one night. Would stay here again!

Second time staying in this townhouse, we love the distance to Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland. The location/neighborhood is great and we love the layout/amenities so much for our family. The furniture is starting to be a little worse for wear and we had ants in the kitchen this time. It was a little harder to get in touch with the host this time, but we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated!

Graduation Stay

This property worked out perfectly for our family during our sons graduation from the best university in the nation. Only 15 minute drive to Reed Arena. After the ceremony we all came back and enjoyed dinner with plenty of space for everyone to gather and sociialize. Great stay.

Beautiful Condo

We were in College Station to help move our college daughter into her college apartment and since we had grandparents with us, this townhome was the perfect space. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, great layout, quiet neighborhood yet it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We loved it so much we plan on renting the same home when we come back for football games.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and well-maintained. While the townhome is located next to a busy highway, which results in some road noise, this does not impact the quality of the property. I would recommend staying here.

Texas A&M Baseball Weekend

Stream television was an issue. The owner had to come over to gain access to ESPN and it took 30 minutes. Not very turn key. The condo was as advertised

Brand new with great location to all A&M events. Next to a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and awesome outdoor common area hang out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio to view the pond and fountain.
