BEAUTIFUL LAKE DESOTO TOWNHOUSE
COME AND ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED TOWNHOUSE LOCATED ON LAKE DESOTO. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH TWO SEPARATE LIVING AREAS. ENJOY LAKE LIVING AT IT'S BEST AS YOU CAN WALK FROM THE DECK ON THE BACK OF THE HOUSE ONTO THE BOAT DOCK LOCATED DIRECTLY BEHIND OUR HOME. YOU CAN FISH OFF THE BOAT DOCK, TAKE A SWIM IN THE LAKE OR JUST ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. OUR HOME IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR WEEKEND OR LONGER STAY. THERE ARE 2 PARKING SPACES IN FRONT OF THE HOME FOR YOUR USE.
WALK INTO THE MAIN LEVEL AND THERE IS A LARGE LIVING AREA, DINING AREA, AND FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN. ALSO, KING MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM WITH WALK THROUGH TO ADJOINING ROOM WITH 2 TWIN BEDS AND GREAT LAKE VIEWS. THERE IS AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE IN THE UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM. DOWNSTAIRS IS ANOTHER FULL LIVING AREA (FIREPLACE SHOWN IN PHOTOS IS INOPERABLE) . LARGE KING MASTER BEDROOM, LARGE MASTER BATH AND SEPARATE ROOM ADJOINS THE MASTER WITH BUNK BEDS.
OUR HOME SLEEPS 8 COMFORTABLY. ALSO THE SOFA IN THE UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA MAKES OUT INTO A BED AND HAS A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. 4 TV'S ARE CABLE READY AND THE TV IN THE MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS IS A SMART TV FOR YOUR VIEWING ENJOYMENT. LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL, QUIET CASTELLON COURTS NEIGHBORHOOD. CLOSE TO THE MARINA, WALKING TRAILS, GOLF COURSES, GROCERY STORE AND ALL THE AMENITIES THE VILLAGE HAS TO OFFER. THERE ARE 8 GOLF COURSES AND 9 LAKES LOCATED IN HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE. ONLY A SHORT 20 MINUTE DRIVE TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN HOT SPRINGS WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY A DAY AT THE SPA, TAKE A CARRIAGE RIDE, RIDE THE WHITE DUCK, SHOPPING AND SIGHT SEEING. WHILE DOWNTOWN YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT TO GO UP THE MOUNTAIN TO THE MOUNTAIN TOWER WHICH OFFERS SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE AREA SURROUNDING HOT SPRINGS. NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN IS MAGIC SPRINGS WATER AND AMUSEMENT PARK. OAKLAWN RACING AND GAMING IS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN WHICH OFFERS SEASONAL LIVE RACING, AND A FULL TIME CASINO FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

TWO SEPARATE LIVING AREAS MAKES IT A PERFECT GET AWAY FOR TWO COUPLES OR TWO FAMILIES.
