Lakeside Place was designed with your perfect Hot Springs Village getaway in mind. You’ll never tire of sipping your morning cup of Joe while taking in forested lake views from either deck. Within walking distance is the indoor heated pool & gym (daily use fee), fishing, golfing, hiking. Or take a short drive to the outdoor pool (seasonal Memorial-Labor Day) or Balboa Beach & Marina (water toy rental are available at lake). Did I mention fantastic restaurants too! Downtown Hot Springs and the National Park are < 30 minutes away. Bring the boat! Come to relax or play!

The space
Our townhome boosts an open living and dining area with a sliding glass door that leads out to the top deck which overlooks Lake Coronado and a quiet seasonal stream. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Bring your favorite coffee, ground or K-cups, we have both! Fishing is available. For a fee, you may enjoy a year round heated indoor pool and gym that is a just a few steps away. Retire downstairs where you will find 2 bedrooms each with new memory foam king mattresses and full size bathroom. The master suite has its own private deck with lake views and access. You'll love the tranquility and recreation that Lakeside Place has to offer!

Other things to note
Please note: a daily per person use fee will apply for the indoor heated pool/gym at pool’s location which is open all year around but closes Sunday’s and major holidays. The outdoor pool is a short drive and is seasonal: Memorial to Labor Day weekend. A per person entry fee will apply at pool’s location.

Bring the boat! You can launch at this lake. You can park the boat in one or both parking stalls in front of our home as long as it does not block thru traffic.

Perfectly clean and quaint location for a chill lakeside weekend or a base of operations for a HSV golf trip. We had a great time, and the check-in / check-out couldn't have been easier. Host was a great communicator and is local so she can help out if any issues arise (none did). Would gladly rent this one again without hesitation.

Holiday get away

We chose the townhouse because it had two kings bedrooms and the listing stated two bath rooms with a tub or shower. When we arrived at the property we discovered only one bathroom with a tub and shower. Because it was a holiday weekend we couldn’t find accommodations elsewhere. We didn’t feel the listing was accurate.

Growing up my childhood was a simple and modest one. We didn’t have much wealth and our primary mode of transportation was either on foot or bus. Needless to say, we didn’t get very far that way. I remember only being able to dream about what it would be like to vacation and see all the incredible places in the world that others talked about. It wasn’t until as an adult that I’ve had the fortune to work in many different arenas including retail, teaching, healthcare, and management that allows me to travel and see the world that I had once only dreamed of. I realize being able to travel is a blessing and I don’t take that for granted. Travel has allowed me to appreciate diversity and given me a wider world view. Being somewhere new inspires me to try different things and appreciate the uniqueness of every culture and place. My favorite places to travel are places where I can be one with nature and escape it all. The kids and I love exploring all the natural beauty that surrounds us as well as enjoy the endless entertainment that makes it so much fun to be here. We never tire of discovering all there is to see in this magical place.
I love that my home gets to be a part of making travel and vacation dreams for others come true too. Whether your dream is to take in the tranquility, celebrate a special occasion, or you want to leave no stone unturned and explore all around you, my hope is that your stay will be what you’ve been dreaming of.
