Villa Silberberg is a brand new holiday home in Winterberg-Silbach and stands on a plot of 1438m2. With an orchard, picking garden, roof terrace and luxurious furnishings, it provides every comfort.

Villa Silberberg

This modern and energy-efficient holiday home (195 m2) consists of three floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. All floors are equipped with underfloor heating and this can be set per room.

The groundfloor

Upon entering the ground floor, on the side of the villa, you enter a long corridor where there is room to store your coats and (hiking) shoes. The mancave has a pool table, TV, a bar and patio doors with a view of the village. Adjacent is a first bedroom with two separate box springs. At the end of the hall is a walk-in shower that you can use before and / or after a wonderful sauna visit. The sauna is also located on the lower floor. In the laundry room are a washing machine and dryer and an additional sink for cleaning purposes. The first floor Via the stairs you reach the first floor in the central hall with a second main entrance at the back of the house, the toilet and a storage room. To the left of the staircase you will find the access to the kitchen and living room. The second floor

Villa Silberberg has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double box spring. One of the bedrooms is located in the lower floor and has two separate box springs. The other three bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. The bathroom has a double sink with electric taps, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bathroom gives a view of the orchard and the picking garden.
