About this property

Waldhaus ***** - with wellness in wooded surroundings

The former Forsthaus (forestry house), located directly on the forest, was renovated in 2017-18 under architecture and adapted to the wishes of our time. With a sunny south-facing terrace and large garden, a billiard room, a TV room and an extensive wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room, the Waldhaus offers every comfort. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The large open kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, American fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery and good glassware available for a long meal at the long oak dining table. The large fireplace offers for the cold winter evenings, after a day of skiing or ice fun - a wonderful place for a good glass of wine or warm chocolate.

Luxury holiday villa in Rothaargebirge in Sauerland (13 km from Skiarena Winterberg, 6 km first ski lift Züschen) and located directly on wooded hiking and mountain bike tracks. Indoor swimming pool (winter) and outdoor swimming pool (summer), children's playground for children within walking distance.
Center Hallenberg, bakery, butcher and supermarkets within walking distance.
If you want to stay in the Waldhaus, then the complete accommodation is at your disposal, a large garden that has only just been laid out, but offers plenty of space for quietly enjoying the outdoors; the wellness, the TV room or the pool table await you on your visit.

All beds are covered, towels are ready for you, also for sauna use. Of course the kitchen is well equipped with cleaning products, tea towels and dishcloths etc. Our housekeeper Rita ensures that everything is arranged for your visit down to the last detail and also prepares the Waldhaus for new guests after your departure.

Although we are not personally present at your visit, we can inform you by mail about the ins and outs in and around the Waldhaus. Our dear housekeeper Rita helps with check-in and check-out and knows the house on her thumb. The Waldhaus has extensive documentation about programs and sights in the area.

Fabulous villa in beautiful landscape!

Probably one of the best equipped Villa we have ever stayed in. Everything looks exactly or better like it’s shown on the pictures. Everything was very clean as well. It‘s a quite area so it‘s perfect for relaxing. The view is just amazing! The garden was great. It is only a short walk down into the lovely centre of Hallenberg. We‘re looking forward to stay in the House again. Thanks for everything!

Top ausgestattetes Haus nah an der Natur. Auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben hier mit 4 Pärchen ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Die Gastgeberin, Ilona, hat uns alle relevanten Informationen schnell zur Verfügung gestellt und war immer gut erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind hochwertig.Der große Tisch lädt ein für ausgiebige Essensrunden, aber auch für interessante Spiele. Beim kalten schneereichen Wetter haben wir die Saunen genossen. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben als Gruppe ein verlängertest Wochenende dort verbracht. Da im Haus alles war was man so als Gruppe braucht bzw. nutzen kann haben wir alles genutzt ( Sauna , Biliard, Gesellschaftsspiele) Wir kommen wieder.

Jeder Zeit wieder, sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 4 Nächte mit 5 Personen gebucht. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und genau wie auf den Bildern einsehbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, vorallem die Küche war bestens eingerichtet. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Die Schlafzimmer, die alle ein eigenes Badezimmer haben und alle anderen Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Sauna Bereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Sahnehäubchen wäre ein Pool oder ein Whirlpool. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder Buchen.

Wundervolle Unterkunft für Freunde oder Familie

Das Haus ist perfekt, wenn man als Gruppe etwas Besonderes sucht. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt und wir konnten das Haus mit Sauna, Billard und Feuerstelle voll ausnutzen. Auch die Küche war mit etlichen Pfannen, Töpfen und diversen Küchengeräte top ausgestattet, sodass wir auch für 8 Personen gut kochen konnten! Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes, großes Haus

Ein sehr tolles, großes Haus mit vielen zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten (z.B. Heißes Wasser aus einem extra Hahn, Eiswürfelmaschine im Kühlschrank). Genug Platz für uns alle zum Essen und unterhalten. Auch von der Lage wunderbar, sehr ruhig und vom Haus aus direkt Wanderungen machbar. Außerdem einfach zu finden mit Google maps. Das Haus war auch sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Ausspannen bei Spiel und Spaß im Waldhaus

Für 8 Erwachsene geeignet. Sehr schön gelegen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eigenes Bad und WC. Billard, Dart, Sauna, Dampfbad vorhanden. Küche und Wohnraum großzügig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man hier die Ferien genießen.

Langes Wochenende
