Tulipa 2 is the perfect choice for a beach holiday! From the garden you have got direct access to the boulevard where you can walk straight to the beach! With a towel, sunscreen and a shovel for sandcastles you are ready to go! This holiday appartment is located in the urbanization "Els Griells", just outside L'Estartit; the perfect location to escape from the tourist crowds, but where you can still go to the center within 15 minutes. The beautiful beach boulevard takes you along the beach to the old fishing village to end at the active port. In the urbanization Els Griells you can find a supermarket within walking distance. Changing the Mediterranean Sea for a swimming pool is not a problem with Tulipa 2, because of his communal swimming pool and large garden which you have direct access to from the terrace. Tulipa 2 (30 m2) is located on the ground floor, from the balcony (located on the end of a dead-end street) offers views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is simply decorated and includes a living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV (Spanish) and entrance to the balcony. Ha sido muy agradable

Me ga encantado la zona por la proximidad con la playa. Mucha tranquilidad. El complejo estupendo. El apartamento necesita bastante remodelación y lo peor han sido las camas muy estrechas para personas mayores. Al darte la vuelta te encuentras con la pared...

Lage außergewöhnlich ruhig, da ganz am Ortsrand und am Strand gelegen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, Keine Klimaanlage, was aber im September auch nicht unbedingt nötig ist. Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf im Badezimmer. Diese Renovierung ist wohl auch geplant und sollte diesen Winter über erfolgen. Wenn das Badezimmer dann gemacht ist gibt es dann nichts mehr zu meckern. Alles in Allem, super Lage mit außergewöhnlichen herrlichen Sandstränden vor der Türe.

unsaubere und schlecht ausgrüstete Wohnung

Geschirr dèfkt, unsaiuber, unzurechend. Ebenso Bettwäsche, Hand-und Geschirrtücher. Wohnung allgemein in einem sehr heruntergekommenem Zustand, sehr, sehr hellhörig!!! Eine angemessene Rückersttung des Mietpreises wäre angbracht
