Closer to the beach is almost impossible! With the apartment Grecia you arrive wihtin 250 steps at the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit, where you can enjoy activities such as kite surfing, kayaking, sailing, or where you can just take a plunge in the clear water! This beautiful holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of the charming center of L'Estartit. Across the street you have got a small supermarket, a bakery and a newspaper stand. Grecia is situated on the third and top floor of the complex, which gives you from the balcony a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. Grecia has a cozy living room with dining area, TV, airconditioning and sliding doors to the terrace. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave and coffee machine (Senseo). The bathroom has a toilet and shower and the apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and airconditioning and one bedroom with 2 single beds and a fan. A washing machine is also available.

Pas cool pour un handicapé😡

Nous sommes arrivés nous etions 3 adultes de plus de 60 ans . malheureusememt nous avions un appartement qui etait vétuste vieux et ainssi que les meubles plutot anciens mais le gros probleme pour moi c etait un 3 étage Sans assanceur et moi je suis handicapé

Groot, maar eenvoudig appartement op fijne locatie

Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt pal aan de hoofdstraat van L’ Estartit waardoor alles op loopafstand is. Hierdoor wel heel gehorig. Zowel vd straat, altijd druk, maar ook vd andere appartementen. Het balkon is jammer genoeg te smal om met meer dan 2 personen aan tafel te kunnen zitten dus buiten eten niet mogelijk. De inrichting en afwerking doet wat armoedig en slordig aan. Het gehuurde beddengoed voor de éénpersoons bedden is niet passend waardoor je eigenlijk steeds op het kale matras ligt de volgende ochtend. Niet zo fris. Alleen airco in de woonkamer waardoor het op de slaapkamers nog steeds warm is. Ligt op de bovenste verdieping dus steeds flink wat trappen lopen. Al bij al voor de prijs een oké appartement.
