Casa Bernardini is located in the heart of Viareggio’s historic center, within easy walking distance of the beach, the main city park, the outdoor market, and the old railway station.

Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Bernardini is an excellent choice both for guests who wish to relax and fully enjoy Viareggio, and for those who want to use it as a convenient base for day trips to Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and many other destinations in Tuscany.

The property consists of three distinct areas:

- a two-storey street-side unit (“Ponente”)
- a small but carefully maintained green courtyard
- a fully equipped independent annex (“Levante”) with its own kitchen, bedroom, living room, and separate street entrance

PONENTE (MAIN HOUSE)

On the ground floor:

- guest toilet

On the upper floor:

- two bedrooms
- full bathroom
- small terrace overlooking the courtyard and the nearby hills

LEVANTE (INDEPENDENT ANNEX)

All on the ground floor:

- living room
- one bedroom
- kitchen
- full bathroom
- dedicated laundry area

Each living room is equipped with a sofa bed.

Up to 10 guests: 6 beds in bedrooms, 4 beds in living rooms

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit nützlichen Tipps (https://www.frontedelportoviareggio.it/), sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, hatten genug Raum um uns zwischen den Opern ( https://www.puccinifestival.it/en/), Spaziergängen am Meer, im Park, auf dem Markt .... zu erholen. Obschon mitten in der Altstadt ist die Whg. ruhig gelegen.

Alles bestens

Für unseren Aufenthalt zu viert einfach perfekt. Hier wurde an alles gedacht, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber, sowie zur Kontaktperson vor Ort, lief immer reibungslos. Beide sehr freundlich. Auch eine zusätzliche spontane Übernachtung unseres Fahrers war, nach Absprache problemlos möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken und das Meer sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Ottima sistemazione

Sono stato a Viareggio diverse volte in diverse sistemazioni e questa è stata una delle migliori. Posizione tattica vicino a pineta e lungomare. Parcheggio agevole (a Viareggio tutto a pagamento) Casa dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno è uno spettacolo, camere spaziose.

Super Sommerurlaub in Viareggio

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Lage und dem Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung! Alles gut erreichbar nur die Parkplätze sind sehr rar. Alles in allem ein super Ort für einen tollen Urlaub am Meer und schöne Städte sind auch zu besichtigen. Zum empfehlen 👍
