The Space
* Living area: Spacious and open with 20 ft cathedral ceilings, natural lighting, smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, 2 sofas, charging station.
* Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances including stovetop/oven, microwave, toaster oven, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Kitchen counter bar seats 4.
* Dining area: Table seats 6 and doubles as a spacious work area.
* Master bedroom/bath: King bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, smart tv, walk-in shower, jetted tub.
* Guest bedroom/bath: 2 Full size beds, high ceilings, ceiling fan, smart tv, walk-in shower.
* Back porch/Outdoors: Overlooks natural wooded area. Walking trail leads to tennis courts. Charcoal grill located in backyard and outdoor shower located on side of house. Two backpacks beach chairs available on back porch.

The Neighborhood
Pools and Beach: Watercolor has 5 pool areas and a private beach
* The Beach Club has three pools overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico including a zero-entry pool, an adult only infinity pool and the main pool deck. Cabanas are available for rent. Enjoy on-site dining and drinks at the Watercolor Grill, Costa Chica, The Beach Cow and at the outdoor bar. Towel service is available. No coolers allowed.
* The Watercolor beach is a private beach and accessed from the Beach Club with a bar located at the end of the boardwalk. Coolers are allowed on the beach.
* Camp WaterColor has three pools including a zero-entry pool, a lazy river and two water slides. Food and drinks are available at The Canteen restaurant and bar. Towel service is available. No coolers allowed.
* Lakehouse Pool overlooks serene Western Lake and has a laid-back vibe. Towel service and a limited menu is available during the busy season.
* Sandhill Pool is located in the Lake District. A lap lane is available for early morning swimmers.
* Dragonfly Pool is located in the back of the neighborhood for easy access for guests staying in this area.

* Playground, basketball court, soccer field, bocce ball are located next to Camp Watercolor.

* Canoes, paddle boards, and kayak rentals available at the Boat House.

Additional Information
* Wristbands (access credentials) are required for at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 years and older.
* For safety, security cameras are located on the front and back of the house.
* No smoking allowed on the property.
* No pets allowed on property.
* All linens, including comforter covers, are laundered after each stay.
* There are 2 on-property parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.
* The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. This parking pass is required when parking a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. The pass is not required when parked in the driveway.
Reservation/Booking Policy
* Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is by 9am.
* 6 Guest maximum, 2 adults and up to 4 children.
* At least one adult over the age of 26 must be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
* BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AS ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT COULD RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
Bookings are accepted for the current calendar year only. Any dates that may appear available beyond the current calendar year are not bookable dates and will be cancelled.
