Charming Florida cottage on 160 Canal Street, a sandy road in the heart of Old Seagrove. The house is located one street down (Dogwood) from the town of Seaside in Old Seagrove. ''Escape Plan 30A' is a short walk or bike ride to Hwy 30-A, the beach,and the town of Seaside.

Our home is beautifully furnished and very private, located on a canal.. This is a perfect place for families or two couples looking to get away for a weekend. Excellent location for cyclists to enjoy the dirt roads in Seagrove and the miles of bike paths along Hwy 30A.

The large lovely saline pool has a 10 foot privacy fence on two sides and overlooks the water and old Magnolia trees. NOT HEATED. The pool has a safety gate for children that blocks direct access from the house. . Both the house and pool are very private. Private outdoor shower!

Master bedroom has 12 foot ceilings, king size bed, 2 closet dressers, and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a seperate tub and shower. This room overlooks the pool and has direct access to the large screened rear porch. The porch is furnished with ceiling fans, a second dining table and adirondack chairs for 4. The second guest room has a queen bed, and a flatscreen TV . The third bedroom has double bunk beds that will accommodate 4, and a flat screen TV cabled for video game consoles. These two bedrooms share a hallway bath with double sinks.

The large living room has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating: double sofas,comfortable chairs for reading. TV with digital cable Blu Ray . The house has wireless high speed internet, you can sit by the pool with your laptop! The kitchen if fully equipped and beautifully updated. Linens, beach towels, and some beach toys are all provided, just bring your bathing suits and flip flops!
