Arancio is a cozy and rustic 4-room house located on the ground floor, with a total area of 80 m2. The house is beautifully furnished with a warm and welcoming charm that will make you feel right at home.

The living/sleeping room boasts a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV. From here, you can step out into the garden and enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. There is also a separate living/dining room with another TV and garden access.

There are two bedrooms in the house, one with a French bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bidet/WC. The other bedroom has two single beds and a separate shower/bidet/WC. The small but well-equipped kitchen features an oven, gas stove, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine.

The house has two additional shower/WC facilities and is heated by gas. Outside, you can relax on the terrace or patio, both of which are furnished with comfortable seating, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. The panoramic view from the house is truly breathtaking.
