"rustico" cottage "Casalini", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 houses in the resort. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 25 km from the centre of Grosseto, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 10 km. Riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Santo Stefano 45 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Pitigliano 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. There are 2 horses belonging to the owner kept on the grounds. Please note that the pool is sometimes used by the owner.

Erholungsurlaub mit Hund

Das Anwesen lag mitten in den Bergen bei Scansano. Unser Hund hat sich direkt mit den zwei Hunden des Besitzers angefreundet und hatte eine Woche Spaß. Wir konnten uns tagsüber super entspannen. Der Besitzer stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und konnte perfekt englisch sprechen. Das kleine romantische Haus lag etwas abseits des Haupthauses und dem Pool. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub für uns als Paar mit Hund. Nächstes Jahr wieder :)))

Wir hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus . Der Gastgeber Roberto ist ein netter älterer Herr , den man selten zu Gesicht bekommt . Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet , das Grundstück ist gepflegt , der Pool super . Viele kleine Orte und Städtchen (Montemerano,Saturnia,Pitigliano)sind im Umland zu entdecken . In Scansano (ca. 10min) kann man gut einkaufen (Coop).sehr gut essen kann man auf Weingut/Agriturismo Laione , zwischen Ferienhaus und Scansano .

Traumhaft - wunderschöne ruhige Lage

Eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Der Besitzer war auch sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht und liebenswürdig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.... gemütlich eingerichtet, traumhafte Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder, es war einfach nur toll. DANKE für Alles lieber R.. Auch die Abwicklung durch Interhome war sehr professionell.

Die Location ist traumhaft. Allerdings ist das Anwesen etwas abgelegen, was für uns kein Nachteil war. Die Aussicht von der Terasse über die Maremma ist atemberaubend. Der Hausherr R. hat sich sehr liebevoll um uns und gekümmert. Zwei tolle Hunde und Pferde gehören mit zum Anwesen. Der Pool ist super. Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten waren prima. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschön

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, die Natur, der Ausblick in die Hügellandschaft von der Terrasse aus, das geschmackvolle kleine Feriendomizil und natürlich der große Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die erholsamsten Ferien die wir je hatten

Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Wir liebten den grossartigen Ausblick vom Haus über das Tal. Die Tage am Pool umgeben von dieser ruhigen, herrlichen Landschaft haben wir genossen. Die zwei Hunde des Besitzers haben mit unserm Hund sofort Freundschaft geschlossen und sind den ganzen Tag zusammen umhergestreift. Am Abend wurde gegrillt und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genossen. Der Besitzer ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Wie andere beschrieben haben, ist er sehr lieb und hilfsbereit aber auch sehr zurückhaltend wenn man Zeit für sich haben möchte. Ein paar Mal sind wir nach Castiglione della Pescaia ans Meer gefahren, dort hatte es einen sehr schönen, wilden Strandabschnitt wo wir den Hund frei laufen lassen konnten, die Fahrt dauert ca. 50 Minuten. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön, Hunde sind praktisch überall willkommen. An den normalen Stränden darf man den Hund auch mit nehmen, er sollte einfach bei der Liege bleiben und von 09.00-20.00 sollten sie dort nicht ins Meer. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :-)

Ein paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde

Wir durften 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Ferienhaus Casalini verbringen und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Besitzer lebt mit seinen 2 tollen und sanftmütigen Hunden und den zwei Pferden mit auf diesem sehr gepflegten Anwesen und steht auf Wunsch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Der riesige und sehr saubere Pool ist ein Traum und kann jederzeit alleine genutzt werden. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft, die unberührte Natur mit ihrer einzigartigen Stille und Ruhe haben uns so stark beeindruckend, dass wir auf alle Fälle wieder kommen werden. Mille Gracie XXX !!!!! Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus liegt abgelegen in den Bergen. Nach Scansano sind es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten, dort gibt es alles. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
