Are you ready to begin your worry-free vacation? Our guests enjoy key less door entry and there is no time wasted checking in. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our unit!

This gulf view condo is on the 5th floor, just high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises. Also worth noting is that Harbour Place is a low-rise condominium. There are fewer units, thus the beach is less crowded.

This two bedroom, two bath condo has been recently updated with new appliances, new mattresses, new floors in the living areas and is furnished with comfortable furniture. It has magnificent eastern views of the Gulf and the white sandy beaches from the balcony. The unit sleeps 5 with a very comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the guest room.

Exclusive Wifi is provided in the unit. Additionally, there is a television in each bedroom and smart television in the living room so you can access the major entertainment steaming services directly.

Our condo feels like home but only with better views! The unit is equipped with many necessities for your wonderful vacation. Linens are provided for all the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Harbour Place is approximately three miles west of two shopping centers which includes a Rouses, Walmart Neighborhood Market and a Publix as well as numerous other shops, souvenir and beach specialty stores and many of Orange Beach’s classic restaurants. There is also a full Walmart Super Center and an emergency medical center located just northwest of the condo, about a 5-10 minute drive away.

Harbour Place is approximately six miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). An entrance to the Back-County Trail is less than a half mile away and is fun to explore on bikes or on foot. The Wharf is also less than 7 miles away from the condo.

We have stayed in a few other units at Harbour Place but this has been the best! The condo has a great view, nice decor, well stocked, and clean!! The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The condo building itself is only 5 floors- which made for smaller beach crowds, fast elevator access, and an overall family feel to our trip. The property owners were very responsive and helped us any time we had a question about their condo or the area. We got there Friday afternoon and went to the beach to book chairs and an umbrella for the time we would be there- that was convenient because we didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear to the water and back again in the evening. We will book with them again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip.

Awesome condo in Orange Beach, AL

Condo was wonderful. The weather wasn't the best at this time of year as it was cloudy and what I would call foggy with thunderstorms at night except for our last two days. They were warm and sunny! The location was perfect for visiting various attractions in the area.

Girls’ Getaway

Arrived late and we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. I contacted the property manager and they responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hallways definitely need attention. Beach was a short distance which was nice and the balcony was enjoyable.

Our family loves to visit the white sandy beaches and the wonderful people who live and vacation in Orange Beach. It was always our dream to own a condo on the beach and that dream has finally come true. Now, we enjoy playing in the Gulf, taking long walks on the beach, fishing, exploring the Backcountry Trail and just relaxing as a family. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the sandy white beaches right outside our door.

Why they chose this property

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! It has an indoor and outdoor pool with grills on the property. Not only is this a lower density condo, but it is surrounded by other low density buildings, so the beach is not as crowded as other locations. The location is prefect too - close to all the major attractions but not in the middle of the craziness. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach and we are always counting the days until we can return.

What makes this property unique

It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it right down the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner as well. One of the greatest aspects is to relax on the balcony listening to the waves while capturing a view of the Gulf.
