3 Bedroom Beach Front Condo at Romar Towers with Amazing Views on the 8th Floor!

When you step into this condo, the relaxation begins! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you'll need! The views from the living room and master bedroom are fabulous! There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has lots of seating and a 75" smart tv! (***There is no sofa sleeper***)The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And there is plenty of seating in the dining area and at the kitchen bar! The dining table has a bench on one side, so you can fit all of the kiddos there! And, there is a dry bar for all of your "refreshments"!

The master bedroom has a king bed, entrance to gulf front balcony and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids! In the third bedroom, there are two twin beds PLUS a set of double bunk beds! Lots of fun to be had in this room! There is a 2nd bathroom for those two guest rooms.

Great Condo for a big family

The property was wonderful the parking was easy to find a space. Elevator was very fast never had to wait. The room was big and spacious for a big family. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

This is the second year in a row we stayed here. We love the fact there are only 36 condos. The beach in front as well as the pool are never ‘over crowded’. The location is great as grocery stores as well as restaurants and shopping are all within 5-10mins.

Lovely property. We enjoyed the smaller building, it wasn’t crowded, no wait times for the elevator. We used the charcoal grill every night and it was a very short drive to get groceries or for our nightly ice cream outing. Highly recommend Bahama Buck’s for some unique shaved ice treats.I just really wish the lazy river/waterslide at the property next door closed earlier than 10pm. The screaming kids were so loud we had to sit inside every night and close all the doors instead of enjoying the spacious balcony and ocean sounds.

PLEASE NOTE that this guest accidentally put in the incorrect number of stars on this review. She meant to make this a 5 STAR REVIEW. You can see by her comments that she loved the condo and had nothing negative to say. However, it is very hard to reach someone at VRBO to change this after the fact. She was on hold forever and so was I when I tried to get this mistake fixed. So, I think the guest gave up on trying to help us make this right.

Nice location in Orange beach. Smaller property which means no wait at the elevator, no trouble parking, and no crowded beach. Easy sacrifice not to have the few amenities of the larger resorts. We’d gladly stay here again in the future.

This is an awesome 5 star review! And, he is correct, this is a gorgeous place! Just a note, we include the cost of one parking pass in our reservation total, however, we do sell a second parking pass to those that need it. Most families only need one, so we hate to charge everyone for two. We explain that in our very first email at booking and then our guests reply letting us know if they need to purchase a second pass. Easy!
