The first floor features a double or twin bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette (equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and oven), and a bathroom with a shower.

It features independent heating, terracotta floors, exposed-beam ceilings, and a private outdoor loggia furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a table with chairs, and a barbecue available for guests’ use.

Agriturismo Canale is nestled in the Tuscan countryside and offers a stay characterized by relaxation, privacy, and authenticity. The property consists of two residential units renovated in keeping with traditional rural architecture and is ideal for families, groups of friends, and couples.

The main farmhouse features six comfortable apartments: four two-room apartments (2+2)—named Lilla, Viola, Mimosa, and Ciclamino—and two three-room apartments (4+2)—Margherita and Rosa. The old barn, which has been tastefully renovated, has been converted into two spacious four-room apartments (6+1)—Melograno and Girasole—particularly well-suited for large families and groups wishing to stay together in complete privacy.

The property spans approximately 6,500 square meters of green space and features a stunning 20×8-meter swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, oleanders, and fruit trees, with a relaxation area and hot tub, also suitable for children. Facilities include a sun deck equipped with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs; covered parking; a bocce court; a ping-pong table; and a children’s play area. Each apartment features a private gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade.

All apartments feature one or more bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a bathroom with a shower, bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens changed weekly, pillows and blankets, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a hair dryer.

Included services include water, gas, and electricity; final cleaning; use of the pool and common areas; and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. There is also a large common room with an antique wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV, ideal for relaxing or reading.

-Heating is available at a usage-based rate of €4.50 per m³, or you can use the split-system air conditioners in heating mode at €0.50 per kW.

Upon request, guests can enjoy a variety of services and experiences, such as the sale of typical local products including olive oil, wine, honey, and jams; traditional Tuscan dinners; wine, olive oil, cheese, and cured meat tastings; Tuscan cooking classes; art and Italian language courses; food and wine tours; and guided tours of Tuscany’s most beautiful cities of art. In the old wine cellar, you can sample local products and participate in welcome or farewell dinners organized by the property.

Every Wednesday evening, the Ruatti family is pleased to invite guests to a convivial Pizza Party—a special occasion to get to know one another and enjoy a cheerful evening featuring bruschetta, traditional cold cuts, focaccia and wood-fired pizzas, local white and red wine, dessert, cantuccini and Vin Santo, coffee, limoncello, and music.

Agriturismo Canale is ideally located: in just under an hour by car, you can reach some of Tuscany’s most important cities of art, including Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, and Volterra, as well as the Casciana Thermal Baths. The beach is about a 45-minute drive away, making the property ideal for day trips combining culture, wellness, and coastal exploration.
