The flat is very spacious, we had a wonderful week there. We were four people, two couples and it was everything we could wish for. Absolutely worth the money, the owners live on the same property and they were very helpful and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you!

Fantastic and peaceful family holiday

This apartment really is too good to be true - spacious, peaceful, beautiful views and the pool is stunning. We had a lovely family holiday in the Tuscan hills and were made to feel so welcome. Local villages and larger towns with amazing food and entertainment options are just a short drive away. We would love to come back!

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment in the lovely house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. A nice pool from where we could enjoy the mesmerizing views of the fields and hills around the place. Cecilia and her family were very nice to us - she even brought us fresh fruit from their own trees. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful countryside home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place! Cecilia and her family were most welcoming and we enjoyed this peaceful property with the great view and beautiful pool! Nice stay in a very nice wine farm

A stay in Tuscany could not have been nicer. The spacious and quiet accommodation was old but in good condition. The lack of air conditioning was negligible. The landlords were friendly and helpful. Gladly again.

Wonderful Escape

The property and the house were an amazing escape from all the hussle and bussle of our travels to numerous towns, cities and tourist spots! It felt like we were coming home to relax after our busy days! The house overlooked a valley with olive orchards and mountains in the distance. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of four. The house had everything that we needed. Cecilia and Antonio were very helpful with recommendations for wine tours and restaurants and even called places to make reservations for us! We would recommend this place to all our friends and family!

Calm residence!

We were very friendly welcomed by the owner of the residence. Information about the surroundings were given to us. The pool was great. You are surrounded by pure nature. No cars that molested. The kitchen had a good equipment. But there is no dish washer and no microwave and one must be accustomed to cook with a gas stove. Our apartment was very big. With a huge fridge! We can recommend this residence!

We really enjoyed the property, but loved our hosts. They were available without being overbearing. Cecilia didn’t mind us contacting her — and she helped get reservations and pointing out areas to sightsee. The unit was large and clean. The area is peaceful with lovely views. Taking a dip in the pool each day was a perfect afternoon activity. We ate a couple of times at the table with valley views. Loved it. Would definitely go back.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Fijn, zeer ruim vakantiehuis met goede bedden en 2 goede badkamers. Het relatief kleine balkon deel je met de gasten van een klein 2-pk appartementje. Maar er zijn op het terrein diverse andere mogelijkheden om op terras te zitten, tussen de olijfbomen of tafel incl parasol met fantastisch uitzicht over vallei (evt ook overdekt). Het zwembad is om bij weg te dromen met voldoende ligstoelen, parasol, pijnbomen die zorgen voor schaduw en dan weer dat prachtige uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. De gastvrouw-/heer zijn heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en spreken goed Engels, geven wanneer gewenst info over de omgeving en reserveren op verzoek restaurantjes in de regio. Supermarkt ca. 15 minuten rijden. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Es war ein absolut toller Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß, sehr sauber und hatte alles was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Cecilia und ihre Familie haben uns gerne bei Ausflügen unterstützt und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich, und diese Ruhe und Stille war genau das, was wir wollten. Ein Träumchen

Die Fotos geben nicht annähernd die Schönheit des Geländes wieder. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sicherlich ein Highlight aber ebenso die freundlichen Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar für uns waren. Wer Ruhe in einer traumhaften Landschaft sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubs in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hat für uns 5 genügend Platz gehabt. Das wunderschöne Anwesen, der Pool, der Blick in die Ferne und die sehr netten Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir denken sehr gern an die Zeit in Sant Ermo zurück!

Traumhaft!!!

Das Appartement ist ursprünglich, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Anwesen ist ein Traum. Pool und Garten sind super gepflegt. Es liegt zentral und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Gastgeber sind super nett! Auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen, vor allem für Ruhe suchende Menschen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung für 1 Woche im September gemietet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr wohnlich und dekorativ eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Cecilia und ihre Familie haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat beiseite (Ausflugstips, Restaurants usw.) Der Pool ist natürlich ein besonderes Highlight und wirklich so, wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen

Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Cecilia und ihrer Familie. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt mit großem Wohn-/Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Perfecte basis om Toscane te ontdekken

Wij verbleven in het grote appartement, wat volledig gefaciliteerd is en ruimte biedt aan 4 personen. Cecilia en haar familie is erg hartelijk en gastvrij. We genoten van de rust, prachtige uitzicht en ontspannen sfeer. Het zwembad is zalig! Deze locatie was voor ons de perfecte basis voor onze tripjes door Toscane. We bezochten Lucca, het strand bij Livorno,Florence, Saturnia en Pisa en Sienna vanuit hier. Ik kan deze plek van harte aanbevelen als je tussen de reuring van deze steden wilt genieten van rust en prachtige toscaanse vergezichten.
