The Stella apartment, completed in June 2021, is tastefully furnished and consists of:
• a large kitchen-living room, equipped with 4 induction burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes, and a TV
• a spacious master bedroom with a wrought-iron headboard handcrafted by local artisans
• a small bedroom with 2 single beds,
• a full bathroom with a heated towel rack
• a patio with a private garden, furnished with a table and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors.

The apartment features

• Air conditioning in every room
• Mosquito screens on all windows
• Apartment cleaning, including a change of sheets and towels every two weeks
• Parking space within the private grounds
The apartment is sanitised upon each guest’s arrival.

At our residence, guests enjoy complete independence from the beginning to the end of their stay, yet we never leave them alone. Guests will be able to access their home using keys and an access code, which they can use to open the driveway gate and park their car inside the grounds.

The residence is located in the countryside, away from busy roads, although the beach is only 900 metres away. The centre of Civitanova Marche is 2 km away, with its beautiful shops and renowned bars and seafood restaurants. Just 3 km away, you can admire the medieval village of Civitanova Alta with its churches, the Annibal Caro Theatre, and its extensive art gallery. For shopping enthusiasts, a wide selection of footwear and ready-to-wear outlet stores (Tod’s, Prada, etc.) is located just a few kilometres away. For those who enjoy day trips, Civitanova is strategically located for exploring, to the west, the Sibillini Mountains and Umbria, and to the north, the Sanctuary of Loreto, Giacomo Leopardi’s home, and Monte Conero.

The train station is located 1,900 metres away, while the nearest airport (Ancona Falconara) is about 50 km away.

Tolle Gastgeber und Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung "Stella" ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einer Anhöhe, deshalb sind wir mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren. Nach unserem Eindruck ist Civitanova Marche ein Ort in dem überwiegend die Italiener sich selbst erholen.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova fehlt es an Sehenswürdigkeiten, wer Kultur mag sollte die 30min Autofahrt nach Ancona auf sich nehmen. Wir waren im Badeurlaub und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Rosa und Jörg

I signori Geidel sono stati ospiti davvero fantastici. Molto gentili, rispettosi delle regole della casa, sempre sorridenti. La casa è stata lasciata in condizioni eccellenti. Per noi è stata anche l'occasione per usare la lingua tedesca. Saremmo davvero felici se tornassero a trovarci. Simonetta e Maurizio
