About this property

This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00.
Unit sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the upper floor. There are about 12-14 stairs to climb. No BBQ grills allowed.

Master bedroom has a Queen bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with French door leading to the living area.

Guest bedroom has two Full size beds with access to full bathroom in the hall

Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tvs with cable & private WI-Fi access.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice condo. Does not have an ocean view from the master bedroom as photos depict.

The pictures make it look like therre is a ocean view from the master bedroom, there is not unless you have the doors to the bedroom open and the view is obstructed by the living room furniture. The condo was clean. The area was nice. The beach was gorgeous.

Loved the location, the place was very comfortable and we never heard any noises from any of the other units. We would like to stay on the lower level so we don't have as many stairs to climb, because I have back issues. Everything else exceeded our expectations.
