250 Steps to the Beach! 2 King Master Suites! Sleeps 10 and Close to 30A Dining!

Just steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world and mesmerizing sunsets with no waiting on elevators and no over-crowded beaches. Fabulous beach home just across the street from the beautiful emerald water and sugar sands of the West End of Panama City Beach Unincorporated which means the crowds are not here. We are only 250 steps to the uncrowded gem of Riviera Beach where there are no high-rises. Just down the road, you'll get to enjoy the restaurants of 30A without having to worry about the beach ownership restrictions that 30A has placed on all the visiting families.

Main floor: large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining combo that seats 10. Just off the kitchen, a King Master Bedroom with a full private bath with a walk-in shower that makes it convenient for the elderly. As an added extra bonus, the common area includes a half bath and full laundry. All bedrooms in this home have a television with a large tv in the main sitting area.

Upstairs: Master Suite with King bed and private bath with a private indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are two additional queen bedrooms (one with two queen beds) and (one with one queen bed). Both bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs.

Outdoors: Covered porch on ground and covered balcony of master upstairs. Back yard is fenced with a storage shed that includes 10 chairs for the beach, an umbrella, beach wagon, a propane grill, five bicycles, a picnic table and some water toys.

This is a great place for a family to vacation and our referrals prove it!

This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. I usually don’t take my shoes off for the first few days in a rental but when we walked in, we all immediately felt at “home”.This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Stocked with anything you would need. Very short walk to the beach. We love the location. Quiet neighborhood. We definitely will consider another visit.

Fantastic Rental Property

We loved our stay here and highly recommend to families wanting a great get away! The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone wanting to be able to cook meals for the family and return to the beach instead of going out to eat. The walk to the beach is short and easy and not crowded at all. Very, very nice! We loved it!

This house was perfect for our needs & the location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach! We loved it & will hopefully get to stay there again in the future! The chairs & wagon in the shed were a huge plus also.

Stayed here to celebrate one of our girls! We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and that nobody had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed! Communication with the owners was great as well! Will be booking again in the future!

Great location in PCB for those looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Beach is clean and not too crowded. House is close to restaurants but not in the middle of the party scene. House is beautiful- very clean and fully stocked making it easy to arrive and settle right in.

This home is lovely. The decor is beautiful. House is very clean with comfortable chairs and large comfy beds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with kids. The shed in back is filled with chairs, toys, and 4 bikes. We loved having the extra beach wagon to use along with ours. Really great stay with a great host to communicate with. The area was quiet and beach not crowded even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We are the proud owners of Sunset at Riviera, purchased Sunset at Riviera in September of 2015 and we've made it the perfect family get-away for an affordable price. In 2019, we moved to the beach and now we manage our own property inside and out with the help of a few locals.

We hope you enjoy our place and if there is anything you need during your stay please let us know. Living in town provides us the opportunity to maintain a level of service that no one can touch. We offer services that might help you with your stay such as grocery shopping and more so you can just relax the entire time. Leave it to us!

For the price, this is a steal and everything is like brand new inside. Where can 10 stay comfortably for less than $30 per person? Our place is a large home away from home and we welcome you to stay! Please note, we do not have a pool because this is a private home and we come here to enjoy the sand and the sea.
