We would love to welcome you to our magnificent bungalow in the residential of Sol Park, located in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja.
Sol Park is a newly built urbanization, with high and low bungalows of modern style. It is quiet, suitable for children and to relax on your holidays. It has two large communal pools, children's pool and jacuzzi.
A 3-minute walk away you can find the Mercadona supermarket, the pharmacy, gas station and cafes. The Habaneras shopping center, bowling, cinema and a variety of restaurants are a 10-minute drive away.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed and bathroom en suite, the second with two single beds. The kitchen is American style, which connects to the living room. Next to the living room we find the terrace, which has stairs that lead to a large solarium equipped with everything you need to enjoy fantastic lunches or dinners outdoors.

Well equipped apartment

This is a modern, well designed and equipped apartment. The heating/cooling system is efficient and easy to control and a wide selection of towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils is provided. An extensive roof terrace is accessible via an outside staircase and a separate large balcony is also available on the lower level. The beds are comfortable and the area very quiet so we had an enjoyable stay with all the home comforts. One thing that needs clarifying is the location of the apartment (wrongly supplied by Vrbo). It is accessed from the Avenida Asociación de Victimas del Terrorismo, just before the junction with Calle Gines Saura Sanchez.

Das Objekt ist toll. Wir haben die Terasse mit dem Gasgrill, den vielen Platz, die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den großen Gemeinschaftspool sehr genossen.
