Exclusive apartment overlooking pool and beautiful landscaped gardens, Free Wifi

This ground floor apartment boasts 2 terraces complete with outdoor furniture and overlooking pool and extensive gardens. The lounge is open plan comfortably furnished with English TV package, TV box also receives many French, German and Spanish channels and DVD player plus Free unlimited Wi-Fi leading on to a fully fitted kitchen/dining area complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Both bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. This is a private gated secure complex which is very well maintained. Everything you could wish for on a relaxed family holiday. In the local vicinity there are shops 2 well stocked supermarkets and a commercial area with bars and restaurants and a car hire centre if required.


Notes to the rental rates: Rental may also be paid in Euros. A cleaning charge of 60 Euros is paid direct to the agent, including laundry (bedding and towels) . Airport transfers can be arranged with our agent at a cost of 50 Euros each way depending on timings and is recommended to ensure safe arrival at the apartment avoiding detours!! If you decide to make your own way the agent will meet you with keys upon arrival.
A 100 Euro deposit is required to be deposited with the agent and returned on safe return of the keys.

What a beautiful location, very quiet, You will need a car but everything is only 5 - 10 minutes away,loads of lovely restaurants and bars in easy reach, La Zenia shopping centre is a must to visit, this place has everything you need Home from home

Excellent apartment

Beautiful apartment very clean and everything we needed was there. Location was very good handy walk to close bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was amazing for the kids. Couldn’t fault anything at all from communication before arriving and when we arrived we were met outside the apartment for access. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be returning.

Los Altos Apartment

Lovely property on a quiet complex set around a good sized pool and lush gardens. Apartment had everything we needed and was obviously looked after. Mascha made check in very easy and was on hand for when we needed her and have us some good beach and restaurant tips. Needed car as quite a way to walk to main areas but no problem. Highly recommend and thank you Len for your prompt contact.

Fabulous Apartment

The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication from the onset. We booked transfers with Len and again it was just perfect. The only criticism was the no sunbed rule around the pool, I have NEVER come across this before which resulted in traipsing dripping bodies back to your apartment to dry off. Good bus service with the bus stop outside the gates. A car is highly recommended.

Lovely place

The property is lovely and in beautiful surroundings. The pool area is very pleasant, however there are a few strict rules regarding loungers, lilos,inflatables etc.. and drinks as well. We were informed by the complex's president on more or less our first day by the pool the restrictions imposed, which made us think twice about lounging by the pool. Apart from this we had a very enjoyable stay and i wouldn't advise anyone not to visit this apartment. The host Len was really helpful from initial enquiry, payments and then through to arrival. The apartment manager Mascha met us on arrival and was very helpful and answered any questions we may have had.

Apparemment très sympa, spacieux, piscine et jardins très jolis. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est là (merci pour la mise à disposition des draps et des serviettes). L’accueil réservé par Mascha est parfait. Machine à laver pratique pour voyager léger. Un supermarché à deux pas. La clim parfaite, ventilateurs aux plafonds des chambres. Rien à redire : séjournez ici en toute confiance.

Very relaxing holiday

Excellent host Leonard was most helpful and accommodating and helped to arrange airport transfers. Lovely outside garden area overlooking beautiful well maintained pool. Within walking distance to shops restaurants and Beach, or if preferred there is a bus stop directly outside. Would highly recommend.

Tolle Lage in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber.... Nur eine helle dünne Gardine vor beiden Schlafzimmerfenstern. Doppelbett schon sehr schmal für 2 Personen. Die beiden Einzelbetten haben ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich....

Tout était parfait, Los Altos est un peu difficile à trouver,car éloigné du centre ;il serait b

Donc avec un plan détaillé des rues ,ca serait plus facile Le repaire étant l'hopital de Torrevieja.La dame qui surveille la piscine n'est pas sympa.Tout le reste est parfait et Mascha très correcte Merci

Beautiful apartment in Los altos

Apartment has it all, only downside living room suite, bit worn and uncomfortable , village had supermarkets and a few pubs but do require a car, owner was great, very friendly and responsive, our local point off contact( macha) was excellent, had a great holiday and truly recommend this apartment.
