Lovely property, little further outside the centre than anticipated, nice walks to Nissi beach and centre of Ayia Napa take approx. 25-30mins with children.

Villa is very nice like on the pictures, many bedrooms, you can easily go with 10 people. price absolutely OK. also because of the not very central location you can be a little bit louder without disturbing neighbours. We would do it again the equipment of the kitchen is very poor > 2 kitchens for max. 10 people but just 2 pans and 1 pot. also it would be nice to have some standard equipment like salt, pepper, oil... something like that

Location was fantastic. The villa was very spacious and well equipped, very comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again.
