Samonà, with a kitchenette, toilet with shower, , located in Palermo, in the seaside village of Mondello, 20 minute far from downtown, surrounded by centenary trees, at the foot of Mount Pellegrino, on the seashore between the sandy gulf and the cliff (the sea can be reached by crossing the road). Elegantly furnished in the style of the 1950s, it is equipped with good quality linen, has two single beds placed side by side, a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning with heat pump. It is possible to stay in the studio apartment, it is equipped with a fridge with small freezer, table, cupboard and all the necessary crockery. Part of the studio apartment is the outdoor space furnished with chairs, table, deckchairs, sun loungers and umbrella. The swimming pool is free, approximately 3.0 meters deep and is available from May to October (depending on weather conditions). The Jacuzzi is available from October to April with an additional cost of 10 E/person/day for a period of 40 min/day. A free parking space is also available in the garden next to the studio apartment.
