Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .

The apartment, of about 43 square meters and located on the third floor, has a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; terrace with sea view and pool view equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartment is equipped with pay air conditioning and TV, private parking included, communal barbecue and swimming pool.

- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
