Cottage By The Sea At Cayucos where serenity is found, 3 minute walk to beach

First I want to share this common remark that is contained in many of the reviews from past guests. They find when walking into the cottage that my online pictures have not done it justice. Also the cottage is more roomier than they pictures portray.

Monthly rentals are at a huge rent discount so if staying 30 days or more please inquire about the rate. Also when staying over 30 nights be sure to tell Vrbo that there is no transient tax. They need to make an adjustment in the amount they collect.

Serenity! (description of current guest staying 15 days) One bedroom with queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a living room with a small dining area. Three houses to the beach. Perfect for two guests new sofa is not a sleeper. Cottage is located behind the main house which is a vacation rental, however a large patio is in between the two units. Spacious bedroom is located on back side of cottage so that sleeping environment is very quiet. The large house located in front has been on VRBO/ HomeAway for more than 10 years and it has received 5 star reviews, please look at property number 803849.
Parking is at outside of the gate along the fence when the main house is rented, however, when the main house is vacant the parking is in the driveway.
The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen appliances ,no conventional oven, however, has a portable convection oven, dinnerware, paper products and linens. Two beach chairs are supplied for your convenience. An outside heated shower lets you wash off all the beach sand. Walking to the beach is 3 houses to Pacific St. turn right walk 3 houses over and there is the beach access. Walking on the beach at Cayucos is so relaxing. To the pier and downtown is a short walk.
Accommodates 2 guests limit only. If more than 2 people stays then fee will be taken from damage deposit. I have found with all my guests in the main house that they are careful not to break anything and there has been no theft which is the only things that are covered with the non refundable insurance policy. I have only deducted from the damage deposit 3 times for excessive dirtiness so 99% of the time the traveler has their full damage deposit returned. I have found it necessary to return to the $300.00 after lowering it to $100.00 due to the fact I recently had a guest reserve the cottage knowing that it has a two person limit and she had 4 sleeping in the cottage for 7 days. Pets are allowed which is $100.00 per pet. Please answer the question on the reservation page that you will be traveling with a pet. Send me a message if you have more than one pet staying. Dog must not be vicious and must be friendly with people and other dogs since the main house may have guests with dogs. Must have been flea and tick treated within 14 days of stay.
