However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

~The full bath is a jack and jill that connects to the 2 bedrooms, it features a shower/tub combination
~The loft area above the bedrooms is very large and serves as the third sleeping area with king bed with flat screen tv.
~Living room with large flat screen tv, tastefully decorated with extensive coastline views
~Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and well stocked for cooking your favorites
~Dining area with large table and seating for 8
~Half bath off the living area. 
~Washer and dryer for guest use
~BBQ grill and seating on the front balcony.
~There is a 1 car garage available for guests, additional parking is on the street. (Please note the garage is shared with shop downstairs)

This rental is only accessible by stairs, 1 flight to the main living level and 1 flight to the lofted bedroom. 

No Pets and No Smoking, This is strictly enforced.
Please note the garage is shared with the retail shop downstairs and the shop owners do move items in and out of the garage from time to time. They only have access to the garage and no other areas of the property and should not cause any disruption to your stay.
