(6 ski lifts + a toboggan lift.)<br>- 400 metres from the well-known Astenkick. <br>- Beautiful hiking trails.<br>- You can enjoy delicious meals in the immediate vicinity.<br>- And Winterberg’s nearest ski lift carousel is just a 3-minute drive away.<br><br>Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find the following activities for all ages: <br>- Climbing park, treetop adventure course.<br>- Downhill mountain biking + rentals. <br>- Various toboggan runs. <br>- Rappelling<br>- The Panorama Bridge.<br>- Mountain bike trail + rentals. <br>- Children’s playground. <br>- Fly-line.<br><br>In addition to travelling by car, you can also take the bus. <br>There is a bus stop right near the house with a bus to Winterberg every hour. <br><br>The house: <br>Our house is well-equipped, featuring, among other things, a brand-new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a ski boot dryer for 6 pairs of ski boots, and French doors leading to the rooftop terrace. <br>The 30 m² south-facing rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the Altastenberg ski slope.<br><br>Our house has 3 floors. <br>- The basement, where you can put on and take off your ski boots and ski clothing. <br>- Ground floor: Open-concept kitchen leading to the living room, 2 double bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom with an infrared sauna—perfect for after a day of skiing.<br>- Ground floor: 1 double bedroom.<br><br>The house has a large south-facing garden, providing sun all day long. In the summer, it’s a great spot for barbecuing. Getting too cold in the evening? Then fire up the outdoor heater! <br><br>Included:<br>- Linens. <br>- Pillows and comforters<br>- Kitchen towels.
