Vacation apartment with lake view and close to the ski slopes

Located close to the ski slopes and toboggan runs, our southwest-facing balcony, cosy living room, dining area, and kitchen island all offer views of the lake and the mountains. The apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2021 and was equipped with a new kitchen, among other upgrades. It is located on the mezzanine level and features a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom, as well as an additional sleeping area in the converted attic.

The Hillebachsee is separated from the apartment by just one street; in only 300 metres, you’ll reach the water’s edge, which also features a simple lakeside café with a wonderful view of the lake. Above the apartment, up the hill, lies the well-known Niedersfelder Hochheide, which is worth seeing in every season and invites you to take walks.

There is a wide variety of sports activities for young and old in the surrounding area: There’s a wakeboarding facility on the lake; anyone can fish with a day pass; many worthwhile hiking destinations are well-marked; and “Fort Fun” is an exceptionally versatile amusement park. For children and teens, there’s a playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and a fitness trail next to the lake’s swimming cove.
Snow-covered ski slopes and the Winterberg ski lift network are located 3 to 8 km away. For winter sports, fresh cross-country trails are groomed early when new snow falls; there are several ski lifts just a few kilometres away, and even a professional toboggan run with a lift. The lake’s dam is also a popular spot for tobogganing. And there’s much more worth discovering.
