A traditional rural house in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, located in a magnificent scenic setting just a few metres from the sea, in the extremely peaceful village of Las Presillas Bajas, which has a population of only 30.

From here, you can enjoy both the wonderful beaches of Isleta del Moro, Los Escullos, San José (Cala de los Genoveses, Mónsul, Media Luna, etc.), Rodalquilar, and more, as well as the distinctive inland region featuring volcanic areas, the Cortijo del Fraile, the Rodalquilar mines, the Níjar watchtower, and much more...

The house features a 250 m² private garden with a terrace, two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room (with a double sofa bed), a dining room, two bathrooms, and an entrance porch.

"La Sal" is the name our family has given to this beautiful spot, from which you can admire the stunning Mediterranean Sea.

Lovely house but some drawbacks

It's a very nice house in a quiet village, but we wouldn't stay again due to various problems. The main things were - No hot water in the kitchen tap. Cracked kitchen sink which does not drain and no draining board/rack. No hot water in the downstairs basin. Downstairs shower didn't work at all. (No hot water supply to the whole of the ground floor.) Frequent power cuts. Inadequate heating for a winter stay. Unsafe kettle. Mains electricity cable was severed in a storm, leaving the house without power. Owner would not come out to the property, or send out a representative to deal with the electricity company and wanted us to remain there and deal with it ourselves.

Bonita casa

Bonita casa reformada. Pueblo tranquilo. Zona espectacular en medio del parque a menos de 5 minutos de la playa en coche. Buena ubicación en el parque. A medio camino de casi todo.

perfecto para relajarte

La casita reformada es muy acogedora, el entorno super tranquilo y la ubicación para visitar los diferentes sitios es perfecta ya que se encuentra en medio de todo (san jose, las negras...)

Muy recomendable

Una casa grande y muy bonita, con dos terrazas y muy limpia en un pueblo tranquilo con unas vistas preciosas del campo y el mar, a 3 minutos en coche de la playa de Escullos y menos de 10 de San José. La comunicación fue clara e instantánea y muy amable. Sin duda repetiría.
