Don’t judge this suite from the outside of the building or the main hallway when you enter off the street. The suite is everything that you see in the pictures. We found it very comfortable and close to some very good restaurants and pubs. If you are travelling by train then there is easy close access from the Haymarket train station.We definitely recommend it.

The property managers did a good job of making this apartment nice, but the entrance outside the unit is dingy with peeling paint and in desperate need of care. The location within walking distance to the train and the washing machine were the main reason I selected this apartment. There are food stores and restaurants/coffee shops also close by.

Such a wonderful stay. It is conveniently located and I could explore Edinburgh easily. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Owner is really helpful too!Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location for a Quiet Stay

Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and more. You can walk to all the sites. Street parking is challenging, but workable. I hope to stay here again!

Comfy stay

The apartment was great, clean and cozy—with a great washer and dryer!! We had some difficulty getting our check in instructions and they had old information for the lockbox, but a quick call to the management company resolved that issue. It is easy to get to all attractions in Edinburgh from here with a quick walk to the bus stop. And if you are going to eat in, great access to groceries.

This was the first time I’ve any issues with a rental property. We were notified the day of check-in while on the train to the location, that the property would not be ready by 4pm (an already late check-in), and told to come at 5pm. The property was still not clean. The bed was not made, there was old food in the refrigerator, and garbage in all of the trash cans. Although there was a cleaning woman mopping in the hallway, she did not speak to us or offer to finish cleaning the place. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The tv was not available in English, only Turkish. We were very disappointed by this experience.

The Appartment was easy to find, but we had trouble entering the property, as we received the wrong code for the keysafe. After a few calls with the agency we were told the code and could enter. schöne Unterkunft für kürzere und längere Aufenthalte

Die Wohnung bietet alles Nötige für kürzere und auch längere Aufenthalte. Sie ist nicht nur super ausgestattet, sondern liegt auch relativ nahe am Zentrum, sodass man dieses gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Alternativ gibt es auch mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Außerdem ist ein Supermarkt und viele nette, kleine Lokale in der Umgebung. Weitere Pluspunkte dieser Wohnung sind sicherlich die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Umgebung.
