Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
With a C Energy Rating the accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining area, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a varirty of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

I loved my time here and will be back! Magdalene warmly greeted me and provided everything I needed to be comfortable in this spacious and well appointed apartment - it was even decorated for Christmas. If you are looking for a broader experience by being a little bit outside of the beautify city of Edinburgh then I very highly recommend this apartment. It has access to great public transportation, shopping, the city of Stockbridge, the beach, and is a nice 30 walk into the city.

Wonderful Apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Shops and bus stop were a few minutes walk away. The bloçk had lovely gardens that you could sit in. A wonderful place to stay.
