Old fisherman's house converted into a sophisticated beachfront retreat.
Perfectly located and equipped with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a well-kept roof terrace with luxurious views over the shore, this house offers an enviable setting by the sea and a few minutes by transport from the center of Malaga.
Located in the traditional neighborhood of Pedregalejo, on the east coast of Malaga, it enjoys an incomparable brightness and marine atmosphere, from which to look out to the different restaurants and beach bars of the place.
Possibility of parking at 300 meters, check availability before booking (ten euros per day).
At only 250 meters you will find a supermarket open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:30.
Also in its surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as: pharmacy, banks, bars, cafes, stores, kiosk, playgrounds, bike rental, motorcycles, cars, kayaking, paddle sulf, many language schools, etc..
