Very relaxing property with Lake in your backyard.

Loved all the decks, they all had wonderful views. Was a little busy on the corner with traffic at times. We loved fishing in the lake right off our back porch.

Litchfield by the sea

Great location/beach/pool/fishing, house could use some “TLC”, underneath hanging swing in picture was missing, no real underneath seating

Good place to stay. Just needs some small handyman fixes.

House is clean and located not too far from the beach and retail stores and restaurants. Some small fixes are needed for the property (No working outside lights, entry doors jams all the times, and some other small things). But overall we had a good vacation time at the property.

Best vacation so far!!

We love this place. The house was beautiful, no bugs or dirt, everything worked as it was suppose too. The fishing was great and we will definitely stay here again. This is the house we'd love to buy for retirement.
