The holiday home offers a bright and cosy living room where the whole family can relax after a day full of experiences. A charming wood-burning stove creates warmth and true holiday home atmosphere all year round. The living room is equipped with radio, CD player, DVD player and satellite TV. For families with small children, a baby cot and high chair are also available. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. In spring 2026, the owners invested in three new double beds measuring 160 × 200 cm, ensuring excellent sleeping comfort and restful nights during your stay. The kitchen is openly connected to the living area and is well equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment (1–59 l), microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, making cooking easy and convenient. The holiday home includes two bathrooms, making it especially suitable for families. One bathroom is fitted with toilet, washbasin, shower and comfortable underfloor heating, while the second bathroom includes toilet, washbasin and underfloor heating. Outside, you will find a large natural plot of 1,400 m² offering plenty of space for relaxation, outdoor games and family activities. In 2026, parts of the house were upgraded with a newly built terrace, providing even better opportunities to enjoy outdoor living. Both an open terrace and a covered terrace are available, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather conditions. A barbecue and children’s play equipment are also provided. The house is heated with electric heating and is suitable for stays throughout the year. Please note: The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
