The estate, of 180 hectares, is enclosed and totally secure with caretakers at the entrance, it offers many services and activities. The Golf de Pont Royal offers an exceptional, internationally recognised course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. <br><br>You will stay in a beautiful spacious 3-bedroom villa, with a neat decoration of very good standing, to live a very pleasant holiday with friends or family. <br>You can enjoy a pleasant private environment in a quiet area not overlooked, with terrace, garden, and a large swimming pool, the residence with its orientation allows you to enjoy the sun and shaded area of relaxation via its landscaped spaces.<br><br>The house is located on an enclosed plot (on which a vehicle can be parked). Outside you will enjoy:<br>- A shaded terrace for your meals (8 seats), <br>- A 4.5x10 m swimming pool (salt), heated in high season at no extra charge (July-August). Heating available with supplement from but until June and then from September. Each bedroom is equipped with a large storage cupboard. All bedding is new.<br>- A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.<br><br>The villa is in the immediate vicinity of the golf course (18 holes + 9 holes), tennis and equestrian club, the "Pierre et Vacances" village and its infrastructures (including water activities: large swimming pools, one of which has waves, slides, rafting river, etc.) – with a fee.<br><br>On the estate: supermarket, bakery, newspapers, restaurants, tourist office, and twice a week a market.<br><br>The position of Pont-Royal allows quick access to all services and shops in Mallemort (3km) or Salon-de-Provence. <br><br>Within a radius of 30 to 40 minutes by car, the ideal location of Pont-Royal allows visits to the Luberon, Avignon and its city of the popes, Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence. The sea in Marseille and its creeks, Cassis, Saint Cyr sur Mer, Bandol and on the Côte Bleue (Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins). <br><br>The house is accessible by train arriving at the Avignon TGV train station (in less than 3 hours from Paris) with the possibility of renting a car at the station. If you come by car, there is access less than 10 km via the A6 motorway.
