Very amenable host. Parking was easy (next door). The villa was very clean, and all the equipment you would need. Within walking distance of a Supermarket and the town centre. Apt is a very pretty town as are the surrounding villages.

Perfect getaway

We had a perfect stay for our little family. You could eat from the floor, it was so clean! Airco all around in the house. Perfect pool. Perfectly located ! Gerard was always easy to reach and very helpful! We will definitely be coming back.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Gérard verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und ausgerüstet, wie noch kein Haus, das wir zuvor gemietet hatten. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden - sogar in grösseren Mengen. In jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage, an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter, 2 Toiletten und eine Aussendusche. Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen, und man ist ganz für sich alleine mit seinem eigenen Pool. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, das Haus ist perfekt. Schlafzimmer sehr komfortabel. Pool ausreichend groß und sauber. Liegt fussläufig zum Zentrum von Apt. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage im Ferienhaus. Der gepflegte Pool mit Aussendusche, in einem abgeschirmten grünen Garten, war ein Traum. Die Küchenausstattung mit Geräten perfekt. Alles sehr sauber. Dank der Fliegengitter auch keine Miskitos im Haus. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich persönlich, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Hier gibt’s nichts was fehlt. Alles wie beschrieben. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Supersauber! Netter Empfang durch Gerard und Abreise problemlos. Hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Ausstattung de Küche umfassend. Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum von Apt, für Rad und Fuß, ohne in den Autoverkehr zu müssen. Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, viel Vogelgezwitscher. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder- vielen Dank!

Huis is op zichzelf goed, alles is aanwezig, zwembad is goed. De trap naar boven is ongelukkig omdat er geen trapleuning is. Voor oudere mensen dus oppassen!! Huis is ook donker, Je moet altijd het licht aan doen. Ontvangst was goed, de communicatie vooraf met de beheerder enigzins stroef maar hij reageerde direct op mailtjes. In totaliteit een goede locatie dicht bij het dorp en toch rustig gelegen

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, extrem gut gepflegt, innen und außen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und separater Raum mit Waschmaschine. Die Garage war für uns ideal, um unsere Räder sicher abzustellen, es gibt noch genug Platz vor dem Haus zum parken des Autos. Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen gesondert bestellt werden, der Vermieter schreibt einen vor Ankunft rechtzeitig deswegen an. Zu Fuß sind es 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Apt und zu dem berühmten Markt am Samstag, zum Radweg entlang des Calavon sind es 100m. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Großartig

Wir können uns nur allen vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen: Top Haus in einer top Lage, sehr sauber, klasse Ausstattung, super WLAN, bester Gastgeber. Bei 38 Grad waren die drei Klimageräte im Haus (pro Schlafzimmer ein Gerät) und natürlich der geniale Pool im Garten mit kühlenden Schattenplätzen mehr als Luxus. 10min. zu Fuß fast ohne Straße in's Städtchen. Ein Träumchen! Lieber Gerard, vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Refugium

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll gestaltet und wird von einem nicht einsehbaren Grundstück umschlossen. Apt ist gut geeignet, um interessante Ausflugsziele anzusteuern wie Gordes, Roussilon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Arles, St. Remy und andere. Apt liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Das Städtchen selbst verfügt über eine nette Altstadt. Zum Einkaufen gibt es fußläufig in 5 min. einen Supermarkt mit allem, was du brauchst. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es ist ratsam, etwas zum Entkalken der Kaffeemaschine mitzubringen, da das Wasser in der Muschelkalkgegend recht hart ist. Und zu guter Letzt: Dank an den freundlichen Gastgeber!

PARFAIT!!

Villa parfaite, conforme aux photos. Idéalement située pour profiter de tout ce qu il y a à visiter. Extérieur magnifique : piscine au top,et nombreux salons de jardin pour profiter de l ombre ou du soleil. Lieu très calme,et proche des commerces. Propriétaire tres sympathique et efficace. Bref, foncez!

Fantastisches Haus in Apt

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus und genossen den Pool und die Privatsphäre. In die Stadtmitte sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig .Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in Apt entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der tolle Pool und das gepflegte, geschützte Grundstück rundeten unseren Aufenthalt hier ab. Die gute Küchenausstattung half uns, die Einkäufe der Märkte lecker zuzubereiten. Wir haben im September 2024 unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Gérard war ein super Gastgeber, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Wir haben eine Woche auf dem Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist im Vergleich mit anderen Ferienwohnungen besonders gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür ist ein Highlight im heißen August gewesen (wobei das Haus trotz der Hitze erstaunlich kühl blieb). Alles sehr war gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage am Rand des Zentrums von Apt ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche gesondert berechnet werden. Bei einem Haus in der Preiskategorie gehört das unserer Ansicht nach zum Gesamtpaket dazu. Trotzdem können wir das Anwesen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

wunderbares Ferienhaus am Stadtrand von Apt

Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Pool ohne vis à vis und der Möglichkeit, immer ei schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Fußweg in die Stadt 10 min. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz:sehr empfehlenswert !

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr angenehmes Haus, super ausgestattet, zentral und doch im Grünen gelegen. Nur die Stühle sind sehr unbequem. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Fahrradweg führt 100m am Haus vorbei. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Empfehlungen vom Gastgeber. Kommunikation und Check -in/out mit Gerard war unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Simplement parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable en famille. La maison est idéale et son emplacement parfait pour decouvrir les magnifiques villages du Luberon. Monsieur Testaniere est un hôte 10/10, très bienveillant, et ces recommendations nous ont permis de visiter des endroits magnifiques. Un grand merci et nous n'hesiterons pas a revenir dans cette belle et agreable maison lors d'un prochain séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir allerdings erst mal entkalken. Es ging kein Kaffee mehr durch. Die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen sind hervorragend. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön. Durch die Bäume hatte man auch natürlichen Schatten. An den Fenstern befinden sich Fliegengitter. Fenster und Türen kann man mit Klappläden verschließen, so dass es im Haus auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl bleibt. Das Bad ist ok. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die unbequemen Stühle und das Sofa.
