Thank you for your 5 stars review. We appreciated a lot your team. We recommend to use our taxi service for peoples coming the first time. It is easy for local taxi to find adresses in Pattaya. About Bangkok taxi it happen they don't find adresses. In Pattaya. In Thailand the adresses system is complicate. For exemple there is 4 soi 6 ...

Peaceful location, very short trip to all amenities.

Everything is as described on the website, very comfortable furniture, pool is very welcome break from the heat and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The only awkwardness is that the gated community has one of the two gates closed, which happens to be the way googlemaps directs you. Perhaps local maps can be provided for those wishing to walk around the local area?

Great location, beautiful accommodation.

Overall experience was good. We just didn't expect that we need to pay for the electricity. Suggest to also provide a small basic necessity in the kitchen. Like coffee, milk and sugar. A small welcome fruit basket will be a fantastic add on.

7 rooms only 4 with working ac

After we checked in we were surprised to discover that the rooms didnt have working air conditioner we were forced to sleep in the smaller rooms because it was so unbearable to sleep in those rooms without conditioning.

Your review is misleading. No one would stay 8 days in a villa where part of the air conditioning isn't working properly. We have our own maintenance service and we can intervene without delay. You intentionally gave us this bad review because we charged you for a chair that you broke during your stay.
